Ideal if you simply want to put a property on Peanuts and see how the platform works for you.
No upgrade fees. No hidden listing costs.
Bulk Listings
Listing multiple properties?
Automatic bulk discounts are available, reducing the individual cost of each listing.
Eligible licensed agents within the same agency office can combine their listings to qualify for bulk discounts, providing agencies and offices with a simple way to add Peanuts to their property marketing.
The more eligible properties listed together, the better the bulk pricing.
Peanuts VIP Membership
Peanuts VIP Membership is available exclusively to individual licensed real estate agents.
While your Membership is active, you can list unlimited properties without paying an individual listing fee each time.
List one property. List ten. List fifty plus.
Your choice.
VIP Membership belongs to the individual licensed agent and is not an agency membership or shared membership.
Peanuts Quick List
Already have the listing? You shouldn't have to enter everything all over again just to put it on Peanuts.
Peanuts Quick List lets you upload your existing property listing and photos. Quick List prepares the Peanuts listing for you, ready for you to check, edit if needed, and publish — in just minutes.
Drop. Check. List.
Quick List works with PDF listings, CSV/XLSX spreadsheets and REAXML/XML files, with property photos added to the appropriate listings.
Normal Peanuts listing prices and bulk discounts apply. Active VIP Members can use Quick List without paying individual listing fees while their Membership is active.
You Control Your Listings
Your clients remain your clients.
You create and manage your property listings through your Peanuts Dashboard, and property enquiries are directed to you.
Edit your listings when required and manage them throughout their time on Peanuts.
When a property sells, simply mark it as sold or remove it from the active marketplace.
You remain in control of your listings.
Listings Stay Until Sold
Peanuts listings don't disappear simply because an advertising period has expired.
An active property listing remains on Peanuts until sold, giving your client's property time to be discovered without requiring repeated listing payments.

VIP Members receive the same until-sold listing benefit for properties created while their Membership is active, subject to the applicable VIP Membership terms.
How to Get Started
Log In or Sign Up — Create your Peanuts Property account or log into your existing account.
Add Your REA Licence Number — Add your licence information through your Peanuts Dashboard.
Choose How to List — Create a property using our standard listing form, or if the listing already exists, use Peanuts Quick List to get it onto Peanuts in just minutes. Individual listing, bulk and VIP pricing options remain available.
