Bulk Listings
Licensed real estate agents can save when listing multiple properties on Peanuts. Our bulk listing options reduce the cost per property as the number of listings increases, providing another flexible option for agents and offices managing multiple listings. Bulk Listings remain available alongside our standard $49.95 individual listing and optional VIP Membership.
VIP Membership
Individual licensed real estate agents can apply for Peanuts VIP Membership — NZ$149 for 12 months. Active VIP members can list unlimited properties during their 12-month membership without paying individual listing fees.
Quick List
Licensed agents can use Peanuts Quick List at no additional charge. Provide your existing property information and photos and Peanuts can do the listing setup work for you. Normal listing fees apply unless the agent has an active VIP Membership.

Peanuts doesn't need to be the only place your property is advertised.
Private sellers may choose Peanuts alongside other advertising channels, and licensed agents can add Peanuts to their existing property marketing.
