Peanuts VIP Membership gives individual licensed real estate agents a simple way to list properties on Peanuts without paying an individual listing fee every time.

If you're regularly marketing property and want to add Peanuts to your advertising mix, VIP Membership gives you unlimited property listings while your Membership is active.

Peanuts VIP Membership is entirely optional. Agents can continue to use individual $49.95 listings or bulk listing discounts instead.

How VIP Membership Works

Apply for Peanuts VIP Membership and we'll review your application to confirm you're a licensed real estate agent.

Once approved and your one-time Membership payment has been successfully received, your VIP Membership becomes active.

From there, simply create your properties through the normal Peanuts property listing page, just as you normally would.

Our system automatically recognises your active VIP Membership and bypasses the individual listing payment process.

Create your listing. Put it on Peanuts. No individual listing fee.

Unlimited Listings While You're a Member

Whether you have one property to list or regularly market multiple properties, your Membership works the same way.

• List one property.
• List ten properties.
• List fifty plus properties.

There is no individual listing fee while your VIP Membership remains active.

Your Membership remains active for 12 months, subject to the applicable VIP Membership terms.

Individual Agents Only

Peanuts VIP Membership is available exclusively to individual licensed real estate agents.

It is not an agency Membership and cannot be shared between multiple agents.

Each VIP Membership belongs to the approved licensed agent associated with that Membership.

Agencies and offices wanting to list properties across multiple agents can instead use our Bulk Listing options.

Which Option Is Right for Me?

You don't need VIP Membership to list property on Peanuts.

If you only have an occasional property to list, our standard $49.95 until sold listing may be all you need.

If your agency or office wants to list multiple properties together, our Bulk Listing options may be more suitable.

If you're an individual licensed agent who regularly lists property and wants the simplicity of not paying an individual listing fee each time, Peanuts VIP Membership may be worth considering.
